We built MediCare HMS, one calm, browser-based workspace that follows the patient from first check-in to final follow-up, with role-based views for each team and M-Pesa built into billing.
The challenge
Hospitals in East Africa juggle reception, clinical records, lab, pharmacy and billing across disconnected tools and paper. Patient history gets lost between departments, and payments through M-Pesa and insurance are tracked by hand.
